Charlies Ag & Turf Ltd engaged MTJ following our early design input and demonstration of the commercial value that we could add. We successfully delivered on all aspects of the project, including architectural and structural design, utility service connections, drainage design, internal and external fit-out and full mechanical, electrical and IT work.

MTJ have provided a one stop, complete design and build solution. The project has been finished to a very high standard, within budget, with no commercial variations to the original scope and on time, despite a tough target program of completion date.

Steel framed building incorporating overhead crane beams and mezzanine.

mEZZANINE

Mezzanine 1st floor providing a structurally robust base for offices and storage.

rENEWABLES

50kW solar array to provide a renewable source of power during operation.

CLADDING

Twin skin cladding system providing great thermal and fire rating values.

WORKSHOP

Overhead crane and rear workshop on a 175mm power floated concrete slab.

eLECTRICAL

Bespoke electrical installation incorporating solar export and equipment within the workshop.

DATA & INTERNET

Specific CAT 6 data cabinet patched in to suit all office and access point demand, giving site wide coverage to data and internet.

EXTERIOR

Glazed curtain walling and automated doors providing a welcoming appearance to the building.

OFFICE SPACE

Neutral colours, along with electric heating and MVHR provide a healthy work environment.

WALKWAYS

Glazed walkways to 1st floor offices to give a feeling of space and view of the showroom below.

MEZZANINE

Mezzanine access gate for safe and secure loading/unloading requirements.
